Suits working professionals. High-speed broadband with a speed of up to 200Mbps. Water-softener on-site to help deal with the sound England hard water providing continuous soft water to all taps and showers.  For your convenience, the room has a fridge, kettle for hot-water, toaster and microwave.  But no kitchen access.
